DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

Any order placed before 11:59 p.m. is shipped the next day, except for orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday which are shipped on Monday. Orders placed on public holidays are shipped on the next working day.
Delivery times may be modified during periods of high demand (public holidays, national holidays, etc.).

From 3 bottles purchased, delivery in mainland France is free.

Delivery is exceptionally free for any first order, only in mainland France, by entering the promotional code BIENVENUE in your cart.

Delivery costs are free for any order of 55€ or more for home delivery, and 40€ or more for delivery to a relay point.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

In case of high order volume, shipping times may be delayed by a few days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Upon receipt of the products, the customer generally has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days (postmark being authentic) to return the delivered products. To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their written request to withdraw from this contract by means of a declaration they must send by mail to: Margot&Tita, 2 place de la Bourse, 33300 BORDEAUX or by email to serviceclients@margot-tita.com. Any return request received by the seller beyond this period will be refused. Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the consumer.

Items cannot be exchanged; you will need to return the item(s) for a refund, and then place a new order.

Any refund will be automatically made to the payment method used to place the order and will take 10 business days, depending on your banking institution or card issuer.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

The return of products is the customer's responsibility. The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer will only be accepted by the seller for products in perfect resalable condition. Products returned unsealed, soiled, damaged, broken, or damaged by the customer will be refused. Products must be returned to Margot&Tita in perfect resalable condition, in their original packaging and condition, and duly sealed.
