Orders placed before 11:59 PM are shipped the next day, except for orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, which are shipped on Monday. Orders placed on public holidays are shipped the following business day.
Waiting times may be modified during periods of high demand (public holidays, national holidays, etc.) .

In the event of a high volume of orders, shipping times may be delayed by a few days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Upon receipt of the products, the customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days (as evidenced by the postmark) to return the delivered products. To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller of their written request to withdraw from this contract by sending a declaration by mail to: Margot&Tita, 2 place de la Bourse, 33300 BORDEAUX, France, or by email to serviceclients@margot-tita.com. Any return request received by the seller after this period will be refused. The return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the consumer.

Items cannot be exchanged; you will need to return the item(s) for a refund, and then place a new order.

All refunds will be automatically issued to the payment method used to place the order and will take 10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

The customer is responsible for returning products. The seller will only accept the customer's right of withdrawal for products in perfect condition for resale. Products returned unsealed, soiled, damaged, broken, or otherwise altered by the customer will be refused. Products must be returned to Margot&Tita in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging and condition, and properly sealed.
