DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE
All orders placed before 11:59 PM are shipped the following day, except for orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, which are shipped on Monday. Orders placed on public holidays are shipped on the next business day.
Delivery times may be subject to change during peak periods (public holidays, national holidays, etc.).

Delivery is exceptionally free for all first orders, in Metropolitan France only, by entering the promotional code BIENVENUE in your cart.
Shipping costs are free for any order with an amount equal to or greater than €55 for home delivery, and an amount equal to or greater than €45 for delivery to a relay point.
DELIVERY TO MONDIAL RELAY POINT / LOCKER
When placing your order, you can select the Mondial Relay point or Locker of your choice. However, if it is full, temporarily unavailable, or unable to receive your package, Mondial Relay may automatically redirect your order to another nearby collection point.
This change is made directly by Mondial Relay based on its network availability. Margot&Tita cannot, therefore, guarantee that the initially selected collection point will be maintained or choose the replacement point.
We invite you to check the notifications sent by Mondial Relay to find out the final collection location for your package.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All orders placed before 11:59 PM are shipped the following day, except for orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, which are shipped on Monday, as well as orders placed on public holidays, which are shipped on the next business day.
In the event of a high volume of orders, shipping times may be delayed by a few days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Upon receipt of the products, the customer generally has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days (postmark serves as proof) to return the delivered products. To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their written request to withdraw from this contract by means of a declaration sent by mail to: Margot&Tita, 2 place de la Bourse, 33300 BORDEAUX or by email to serviceclients@margot-tita.com. Any return request received by the seller after this period will be refused. Return shipping costs are entirely at the consumer's expense.
Items cannot be exchanged; you must return the item(s) to us for a refund and then place a new order.
Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method used to place the order and will take 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
RETURN PROCEDURE
The return of products is the responsibility of the customer. The customer's exercise of their right of withdrawal will only be accepted by the seller for products in perfect condition for resale. Products returned unsealed, soiled, damaged, broken, or harmed by the customer will be refused. Products must imperatively be returned to Margot&Tita in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging and state, and duly sealed.
