DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE
Any order placed before 11:59 p.m. is shipped the next day, except orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday which are shipped on Monday. Orders placed on holidays are shipped the next business day.
Deadlines are subject to change during busy periods (public holidays, national holidays, etc.) .

DOM TOM AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

In the event of a large number of orders, shipping times may be delayed by a few days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
From receipt of the products, the customer has in principle a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days (the postmark is taken as proof) to return the delivered products. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his written request to withdraw from this contract by means of a declaration which he must send by post to: Margot&Tita, 2 place de la Bourse, 33300 BORDEAUX or by email to customerservice@margot-tita.com. Any return request received by the seller after this deadline will be refused. Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the consumer.
Items cannot be exchanged, you will need to return the item(s) to us for a refund, and then place a new order.
Any refund will be automatically made to the payment method used to place the order and will take 10 business days, depending on your banking institution or card issuer.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Returning products is the responsibility of the customer. The exercise of his right of withdrawal by the customer will only be accepted by the seller for products in perfect resalable condition. Products returned unsealed, soiled, damaged, broken or damaged by the customer will be refused. The products must be returned to Margot&Tita in perfect resalable condition, in their original packaging and condition, and duly sealed.
