We only offer home delivery. You can choose delivery with or without signature. From €50, delivery is automatically with signature.

When you place an order on our site, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, an email with the subject “Your order status has changed” provides you with a link via which you can track your order.

In accordance with our General Conditions of Sale, deliveries will be made within thirty days maximum. Beyond these thirty days, the customer must contact Margot&Tita at the address serviceclients@margot-tita.com in order to check with La Poste where the package is via a complaint. If it has been lost, a sworn certificate for non-receipt of the package must be completed to proceed with a refund or re-shipment of your order. Once the order has been validated, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or cancel it. However, we invite you to contact customer service at serviceclients@margot-tita.com.

Yes, it is entirely possible to leave a note, up to 150 characters maximum. To do this, when you validate your basket and after having filled in your billing and shipping details, you will then find an insert where you can write what you want.
For gift wrapping, when you are in your basket, you will find a check box "I want gift wrapping", simply click on it, then choose which packaging you want between a trio box and a kraft bag .

In accordance with our general conditions of sale, from receipt of the products, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days. Any return request received by the Seller after this deadline will be refused.
The products must be returned to Margot&Tita in perfect resalable condition, in their original packaging and condition, and duly sealed. If they are unsealed, soiled, damaged, broken or damaged, they will then be refused.

Distribution

Perfumes, department stores, pharmacies, drugstores, duty free, do not hesitate to contact us via our address serviceclients@margot-tita.com if you are interested in the idea of ​​reselling Margot&Tita.

There is no Margot&Tita store, however we are redistributed through resellers. You will be able to find the brand's products in Galeries Lafayette, Marionnaud, pharmacies and parapharmacies. Products

All Margot&Tita brand products are cruelty free. This means that they are not tested on animals in accordance with European cosmetic regulations.

To date, 85% of our collection is vegan. All our scented mists are vegan but some fragrances are not. You can identify vegan products by the “vegan friendly” icon which is present on those that are. Some perfumes are not suitable because they contain beeswax. We work in parallel to ensure that we offer a 100% vegan collection.

Each scent in our collection contains at least 90% natural ingredients. Scented mists, for their part, contain at least 97% natural ingredients.

To best support you and help you choose the perfume that suits you, we have set up an olfactory diagnosis. This was created with our teams to best assist you during your purchases. Test it now.

Mix&Match refers to the art of creating your own personalized perfume. The “Mix” corresponds to the superposition of two perfumes, the “Match” is aimed at the two scents which combine perfectly. An osmosis is created between the two perfumes to deliver a unique scent. Did you dream of it? We offer you this unique olfactory experience through a collection of more than 40 natural perfumes to combine according to your desires, your moods or your looks!

To mix two perfumes, combine olfactory families or complementary notes: for example a floral with an oriental ( La femme parfait & Douce Féline ), an oriental with a citrus ( Danse on danse & Tout va bien ), a cherry with a vanilla ( Under the stars & Magical night ). Avoid mixing two perfumes that are too complex or have too strong a personality. You do not know where to start ? Explore our Mix&Match perfume boxes .

To deliver a balanced scent, start by spraying the strongest, most intense scent. After waiting a few seconds, add the lightest scent on top. For example, spray a first oriental perfume, like Elixir de midnight , and a floral perfume on top, like Mademoiselle Margot . It is also possible to wear the first perfume on the neck, and the second in the hair or the hollow of the wrists.
